One of the biggest issues in the transportation industry is finding and keeping good drivers.  If you hire the wrong driver, it could cost your company enormously.  When you hire a competent driver, you want to make sure he/she actively maintains the status of “good driver”.

Vogel offers two types of Driver Evaluations:

• Potential Hire~ We conduct road tests of drivers you are considering for hire.  This will allow your company to avoid employing drivers who could potentially cost you in damages and lawsuits.
• Routine Evaluations~ We conduct road tests on your drivers annually or biannually.  We can evaluate drivers who have had an accident in the past twelve months, drivers who have just completed their first year, or even the entire fleet.
