Refund Policy

Seminar Fee:

A customer who has pre-paid in full to attend a scheduled seminar, and they are no longer able to attend this scheduled event may reschedule for a different upcoming seminar at no cost.  If this person wishes to cancel their registration prior to seven business days of the event, they will receive a refund in the amount of fee paid minus the $150 non-refundable registration fee per person.  However, if the customer cancels their registration within seven business days from the date of the event, no refund will be made, but the customer may reschedule to attend a future event of the same course at no cost.

Services Rendered:

There will be no refunds for services already rendered.

CD / DVD Purchases:

There will be no refund for the purchase of CD’s or DVD’s.
